Export or share a presentation
You can share a Strata-hosted edition or export PDF or standalone HTML from Deck view. Choose the delivery format, then open the result as an audience member before sending it.
Publish an edition to share a link
Publish the presentation to your public profile when you want readers to open a Strata-hosted edition. Check the public URL after publishing. That edition stays at the published state until you publish updates.
Export standalone HTML
In Deck view, open Export and choose Export standalone HTML. Open the downloaded file in a browser and test navigation and any custom visuals before sending it. Use this when you want to hand over a browser-viewable file.
Export a PDF
In Deck view, open Export and choose PDF for a fixed copy you can read or print. Interactive controls and animations do not work in the PDF. PDF export uses the document owner's capture allowance. Open the downloaded file and review every slide before sharing it.
If someone asks for a PowerPoint file
The Deck export menu offers PDF and standalone HTML, but not an editable PowerPoint file. Strata does not export PPTX. Agree on the delivery format before building a deck for a recipient who requires PowerPoint. Importing PPTX into Strata also does not preserve its original slide design.
