Present a deck with speaker notes
Choose Present to run a Strata deck. Presenter view keeps your notes, the next slide, and a timer available while the audience sees the presentation.
Check the deck first
- Open the deck and check slide order in Deck view.
- Review Issues and fix missing content or conflicting visuals. Confirm that slides you intend to show are not excluded.
- Check your notes in Document view; prose outside a slide visual is treated as presenter notes.
- Choose Present.
Show the audience window
Keep presenter view on your own screen and show the audience window on the projector or in your meeting’s screen share. Confirm which window is being shared before starting; sharing presenter view can expose your notes.
Rehearse with the setup you will use
Advance through the slides, check that notes appear for the correct slide, and try any interactive content in the audience window. Check the actual display size and screen-sharing setup you will use for the meeting.
Choose the right edition
A published deck is an edition of the document at the time it was published. Later draft changes do not update that public edition until you publish updates. Check whether the link you plan to share opens the draft you are editing or the edition you published.
